Over on the east coast, in New York City, Sean Taylor is celebrating NPM by vowing every day of the month to eat at least one slice of pizza with these self-imposed rules:

• eating a slice each day
• at a different pizzeria
• with at least one guest

Owner Telly Liberato said “They sound very passionate on the phone, many times not even asking for the price”.

Last Sunday, in just under 3 hours the pizza store located on Cedar Street sold two hundred pizzas and was exhausted of supplies by days end.

Liberato added that there was additional interest in his restaurant due to the similarity of the word liberation to its name.

Los Angeles Fire department Station #88 has a steel section from the WTC displayed permanently outside its location at 5101 Sepulveda Boulevard.

To honor the memory of all the people who were lost, including many first responders, a service was held over the weekend at their 9-11 Memorial Fountain.

Those albums featured include “True Blue” by Madonna, Jeff Buckley’s “Grace”, “Kiss the Sky” by Jimi Hendrix and Rihanna’s “Loud”.
